Choose your finishes and ensure any developer approvals are in place.

Build Begins
Once consent’s through, construction kicks off, with regular site visits and walkthroughs.

Handover & Guarantee
We hand over the keys, your homeowner’s manual, and activate your Master Build Guarantee.
